From 23 to 27 November 2026, until 2 pm. For each oil: 2 × 500 ml and 2 × 100 ml tinted-glass bottles, with the cover sheet printed at the end of your registration.

Event venues
- 8–10 December: jury deliberations, at a hotel in Essaouira (restricted access).
- 11–12 December: workshops, round table and awards ceremony at the Essaouira media library.
Tasting workshops
Friday 11 December, on-site registration from 9 to 9:30 am. MAD 200 per person for professionals (olive mills, restaurants), free for vocational institute students.
